From time to time value
added activities may be requested of Rite Aid Customer Support
Centers to efficiently solve issues that came about as part of the
manufacturing or delivery of a vendor's product. When these
activities are agreed to a $25 per hour charge will be assessed for
carrying out associated tasks and actual charges will be assessed
for any supplies or equipment use that is required to complete these
tasks. Approval from Corporate Distribution Support is required prior to
these activities beginning.
