OpenText™ Active Intelligence is designed to improve the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of electronic transactions. This service enables proactive tracking of “in-flight” transactions and processes against business and compliance rules. Data quality errors associated with order fulfillment, shipping and payment are identified in real time, and can be logged or quarantined.
OpenText™ Active Community offers onboarding services and facilitates easier B2B collaboration between customers and suppliers. This service provides the ability to track business partners’ activity as they move through multiple phases of implementation.
OpenText™ Active Orders provides more visibility into the supply chain. It allows business partners to automate the forecast-to-settlement process. Active Orders supports purchase orders, invoices, ASNs and the ability to monitor the status of orders throughout the procure-to-pay lifecycle including fulfillment, transportation and invoicing.

Microsoft Excel Adapter, known as Trading Grid for Excel, allows users to create electronic documents such as purchase orders or invoices with Microsoft Excel. This is an easy and inexpensive way for business partners to send or receive electronic purchase orders and invoices.
